Common Questions About Pricing

Submit a request using the form on the contact page. A member of the Sun Store team will reach out within two business days to schedule an onboarding call. During that call we confirm your supplier network, review your project pipeline format, and set up your initial supplier connections. The pilot period is 30 days with full Pro-tier feature access. At the end of the pilot you choose a paid tier or cancel with no charge.
Sun Store connects to distributor price lists and inventory feeds through supplier portal credentials or API connections where available. For suppliers that do not have an API, we support upload of regularly updated price list files in CSV or XLS format. During onboarding, your account manager works through each supplier in your network to set up the appropriate connection type. Snapshot frequency depends on the supplier connection type, typically daily for feed-based connections and on-demand for file uploads.
Yes. Sun Store does not require you to switch distributors or use a specific supplier network. You bring your existing supplier relationships and we connect to them. The Starter tier supports up to 5 supplier connections, Pro supports 20, and Scale supports an unlimited number. If you have a supplier that uses a non-standard portal format, let us know during the onboarding call and we will evaluate compatibility.
No. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. There is no annual contract requirement. If you cancel mid-month, your access remains active through the end of the billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds on partial months, but there are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Starter and Pro tiers export order plans as CSV files structured for import into standard purchase order systems. The column format matches common ERP and PO software input requirements. Scale tier adds API integration for automated export directly into your ERP or PO platform without a manual import step. If your system has specific field naming requirements, the Scale tier onboarding includes a mapping configuration session.
